No. Plain and simple.
All members get to place unlimited free ads with no credit card and no fee. If you are an active seller or decide you wish to enhance your ads (i.e. bold, highlights, features) for increased visibility, you can save money by upgrading. Alternately, you can simply pay for ad enhancements on an "as you go" basis.
There is no fee for buyers. Any registered member may make offers to sellers on RCU or bid on auctions.
